Program Design and Research:
- Support the planning and strategy of programs across themes.
- Support research on geographies, impact indicators and institutions for collaboration.
- Prepare strategy presentations, concept notes, dashboards using excel for internal review and communication across teams.
- Support the design of methodology for project implementation.
Technical Proposal Evaluation:
- Support in reviewing technical specifications, project budgets, activity timelines, milestone-based cash flows, BoQs and implementation designs.
- Support in evaluating incoming proposals for technical soundness and feasibility.
Institute assessment:
- Support in assessing institutions for technical capability, on-ground presence, past performance and alignment with foundations objectives for potential collaboration in specific areas.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain data and dashboards to monitor projects.
- Ensure standardized collection of impact data.
- Coordination with regional teams and implementing partners to track data.
Project Monitoring and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal operations teams to track on-ground implementation progress.
- Liaise with procurement team to understand price discovery mechanism and specifications given by various vendors for the various themes.
- Assist in Monitoring project milestones through data dashboards and presentations.
- Manage program-related meetings by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders including preparation of MOMs with actionable.
Knowledge Management:
- Support development of frameworks and monitoring indicators across program themes.
- Build a repository of technical details, implementation guides, case studies, and best practices based on field experiences and lessons learned.
- Engage with sector stakeholders (institutions, domain experts, NGOs) for knowledge exchange, technical inputs and potential collaborations.
- Good understanding and application of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Agricultural Economics.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in agriculture-based economic activities.
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets, crop economy, rural economy, and agriculture supply chain dynamics.
- Experience in market analysis, price analysis, demand forecasting, and farmer-centric business strategies.
- Candidate must have proven experience in selling agro-based products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, farm equipment, agriinputs, or allied agricultural products.
- Managed market analysis, product launches, branding, sales forecasting, and channel partner development to increase business growth.
- Successfully launched new agro products and implemented sales planning strategies that improved forecasting accuracy and market penetration.
- Achieved significant portfolio growth by tripling herbicide product volumes, strengthening brand positioning, and developing farmer-focused marketing initiatives.
