Responsibilities: - Establish and enforce standards for influencer activities in alignment with the brand brief and marketing objectives. - Conceptualize and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns that align with marketing initiatives and brand objectives. - Take the lead in managing influencer campaigns, collaboration plans, and performance metrics on a day-to-day basis. - Initiate, cultivate, and nurture the influencer community, including identifying new influencers, activating existing ones, and fostering strong relationships. - Manage day-to-day account responsibilities, including reviewing influencer trackers, generating reports, summarizing campaign recaps, maintaining databases, handling invoices, and managing budgets. - Conduct research to identify and engage potential influencers across all channels, building a talent pipeline. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet campaign requirements effectively. Qualifications: - Min 3 years of work ex. in managing Influencer marketing campaigns. Experience in Fintech space will be a plus point.
