About the Role: As a Program Manager in the business delivery team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and programs aimed at driving offline org scale-up, training, engagement and life-cycle management leading to higher productivity of this org. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in program management, a deep understanding of sales & operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with top management as well as regional teams, HR, tech etc. Responsibilities: Program Ownership: - Take ownership of end-to-end strategic initiatives and programs designed to improve the productivity of newly hired field employees. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Execution and Implementation: - Design and drive plans and initiatives around quick hiring and replacement, training, field induction, scale-up in terms of productivity, prevent attrition of good resources and overall engagement. - Design and execute programs around ensuring top frontline talent constantly moves up the ladder and is engaged with the organization Progress Monitoring: - Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress and performance for all initiatives and frontline employees - Regularly analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Communication and Reporting: - Prepare and deliver clear and concise progress reports on initiatives to top management. - Effectively communicate program updates, challenges, and successes to ensure transparency and alignment. Stakeholder Engagement: - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure support and alignment with program objectives. - Address stakeholder concerns and proactively communicate changes or adjustments to the program. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program design and execution. - Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from stakeholders and team members. Qualifications: - MBA with Tier 1/Tier 2 college with 2+ years of experience preferably in a sales or field operations environment. - Strong project management skills with a track record of successful program implementation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
