Role: - Manage the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones - Complete ownership of project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously - Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities - Working analytically resolving problems, demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence - Be involved in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization - Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings, leadership huddles etc. - Coach and develop the team leading to individual and organizational growth - Understand inter dependencies between technology, operations and business needs - Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders - Support formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contract - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members - Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverable - Out of the box thinking, knack for problem solving, design thinking, can-do attitude, go-getter Skill: - Superior Analytical Skills - Influencing and Negotiating - Planning and Resource Management - Ability to manage ambiguity Experience: - 6-8 years of experience as operations program manager., Startups with velocity / entrepreneurship. - Strong academic pedigree - IITs or Tier-1 undergrad
