Job Description: Corp Dev / IR - CEOs office
Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and analytically strong professional to join our Corporate Development and Investor Relations team. This role will be central to supporting Rupeeks fundraising efforts, IPO planning, and investor & board communication. The individual will work closely with the finance & leadership team to prepare financial models, manage investor diligence workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop high-quality presentations and data packs.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in Investment banking, equity research, deal advisory, or startup investor relations who is looking to deepen exposure to fundraising, strategic finance, and investor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraise & Corporate Development
- Build and maintain financial models across scenarios (equity, debt, strategic initiatives)
- Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, data packs
- Support the full fundraising lifecycle - shortlisting investors, preparing materials, coordinating meetings, tracking timelines, and managing investor Q&A
Investor Diligence & Board Reporting
- Coordinate and manage investor due diligence flows (data collation, Q&A)
- Prepare recurring investor updates, board-level MIS
Strategic Finance & Analysis
- Benchmark Rupeeks performance against competitors and adjacent financial services players
Qualification
Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in engineering, finance, economics, commerce, or related fields (CFA Level 1 or equivalent certifications are a plus but not required)
Experience:
12 years of experience in one of the following areas:
- Equity Research (buy-side or sell-side)
- Investment Banking / Deal Advisory
- Investor Relations roles at growth-stage startups
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modelling, business analysis, and investor-facing communication
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling concepts and Excel
- Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and unit economics
- Comfort with large data sets; experience with SQL or analytics tools is an advantage
- Strong aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and domains

- Ability to work calmly and effectively under tight deadlines, especially during fundraise cycles
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems
