Rupa - Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer for Kolkata location who will be responsible for driving profitable growth by building strong brands, accelerating sales through integrated marketing strategies, optimizing marketing investments, strengthening digital & retail presence, and developing a high-performance marketing organization aligned with Rupa & Company Limited's values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end marketing strategy, brand management, demand generation, and digital growth

- Drive sales-led marketing outcomes

- Ensure ROI-focused marketing spends and EBITDA contribution

- Lead new product launches (NPDs) and focus brand growth

- Build strong ATL, BTL, Digital & Retail marketing ecosystems

- Strengthen brand equity, PR visibility, and stakeholder confidence

- Develop marketing talent, governance, SOPs, and performance discipline

- Financial & Business Growth through Brand, Digital & Market Expansion
