Ruby Seven Studios is looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager - Real Money Gaming (RMG) to drive the development and success of our real-money gaming portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong product instincts, analytical thinking, and a passion for building engaging, compliant, and high-performing gaming experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and player-centric RMG products, while balancing business goals, regulatory requirements, and player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end for RMG titles, from concept to launch and live operations

- Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on data, business impact, and player feedback

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences

- Drive monetization strategies, including in-game economy design, promotions, bonuses, and player retention mechanics

- Ensure all products comply with real-money gaming regulations, responsible gaming practices, and platform requirements

- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in an agile environment

- Monitor and optimize game performance using key KPIs such as DAU, ARPDAU, Retention, Conversion, and LTV

- Translate data insights into actionable product improvements and experiments (A/B testing, feature iterations, etc.)

- Communicate product updates, performance insights, and roadmap progress to senior leadership andstakeholders

- Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to align on player acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies

Desired Skill Set:

- 3-5 Years of Experience in product management, preferably in Real Money Gaming (RMG), iGaming, or social casino

- Deep understanding of game economies, monetization models, live operations (LiveOps), and player lifecycle management

- Familiarity with RMG compliance, payments, wallet systems, and responsible gaming frameworks

- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, with hands-on experience working with analytics teams and dashboards

- Strong understanding of game KPIs such as DAU, MAU, ARPDAU, Retention, Churn, and LTV

- Understanding of player psychology, segmentation, and personalization strategies

- Passion for gaming, with a strong understanding of casino game mechanics and player behavior
