Job Summary:
As our D2C Growth Leader, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our direct-to-consumer platforms-including our websites, mobile apps, and content hubs. This high-impact role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and exceptional leadership. You will own the end-to-end customer journey and be accountable for revenue growth, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand performance across all D2C channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Ownership: Develop and execute ambitious growth plans for the brand's D2C platforms, with full accountability for business performance and P&L.
- Performance Marketing Leadership: Drive customer acquisition and revenue across all performance-marketing channels (Google, Facebook, etc.), as well as organic, direct, and affiliate channels.
- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the brand's websites, mobile apps, content hubs, and other digital D2C touchpoints.
- Customer Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through seamless on-site and off-site experiences.
- Conversion Optimization: Own CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) efforts, including A/B testing and site personalization strategies to improve funnel performance.
- Content Strategy: Drive optimization of product content and leverage user-generated content to improve engagement and conversion.
- Retention & CRM: Lead lifecycle marketing strategies and merchandising initiatives aimed at boosting repeat purchase rates and increasing customer LTV.
- Targeted Campaign Execution: Deliver on customer retention and reactivation goals through Email, SMS, and Push Notifications within defined timelines and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, content, supply chain, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution of business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing, cross-functional team dedicated to the growth and profitability of the D2C channel.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and nurture a passionate, results-oriented team to drive sustainable growth of the brand's D2C business.
Experience & Qualifications
- Educational Background: MBA from a reputed institution.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in D2C/e-commerce roles with demonstrated P&L ownership and growth delivery.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong data-driven mindset with a deep passion for scaling revenue and interpreting key performance metrics.
- Problem-Solving & Planning: Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
