Description:
- Content Strategy : Develop and execute the content strategy in alignment with the company s goals and guidelines.
- Content Creation : Lead the creation of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across all channels, including blogs, website copy, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- SEO Optimization : Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure content supports business objectives and customer needs.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all content is consistent with the company s voice, messaging, and brand guidelines.
- Content Team Management : Supervise and mentor a team of content creators (writers, editors, designers, videographers) to ensure high-quality content production.
- Budget Management : Oversee content-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective production.
- Content Governance : Maintain a content library and ensure proper version control, updates, and audits of published materials.
- Quality and SLA: Ensure the quality of content is as per client expectations and SLA met consistently.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in content management or content marketing, ideally in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of leading content initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content creation.
Skills:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Reporting Skills, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
- Experience with an e-commerce marketplace will be a plus
