Rubamin - Manager - Project Process

Description:

Job Purpose (Why Job Exists?).

- To provide technical inputs, data analysis, process & technology details and develop PFDs, P & IDS, PDS, prepare lay-outs with reference to Master Plan keeping provisions of EHS.

- Technically evaluate details for all equipments, supplies, contractors and documents/drawings submitted by the consultants.

Key Result Area

- Preparation of project proposal with budget and schedule.

- Regular monitoring of projects with respect to budget and time, effective equipment tracking.

- To ensure timely execution of project under budgeted cost without compromising on quality of work.

- Prepare mitigation plan in case of any deflections from estimates to minimize its impact on project timeline and budget.

- Effective deployment of manpower resources (both internal and external) to meet our requirements.

- Ensure coordination with construction team and providing on time deliverables, timely support for queries to ensure completion of project on time and schedule.

- Support project control by timely update of activities.

- Implementing First Time Right (FTR) concept.

- Technology transfer from R&D/Technology group assuring deliverables for technology transfer are met.

- Residual process engineering, kilo lab, pilot plant experience.
