RSM US Integrated Services India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a supervisor role for TAS team within our Consulting group. The Supervisor leads engagement delivery through advanced analytics, process excellence, and team development. The role demands strong technical skills in Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel, coupled with leadership and client management capabilities to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical and Analytical Excellence

- Develop and review advanced Alteryx workflows, Excel models, and Power BI/Tableau dashboards as per firm standards.

- Apply data storytelling to translate analytics into business insights.

- Manage and validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across deliverables.

- Perform industry-specific analyses and support preparation of management decks.

2. Engagement Delivery and Project Management

- Manage project timelines, workflow allocation, and quality of deliverables.

- Review outputs from team members, ensuring alignment with project scope and client expectations.

- Participate in client discussions and contribute to proposal or scope preparation.

- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.

3. People Leadership and Talent Development

- Coach, mentor, and review work of junior team members.

- Conduct on-the-job training and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement.

- Recognize contributions through the firms Accolades program and promote collaboration.

4. Client and Stakeholder Management

- Maintain strong working relationships with US and global engagement teams.

- Communicate clearly and proactively to manage expectations and avoid surprises.

- Identify and support new work opportunities through quality delivery and trust-building.
