Key Responsibilities:

Audit & Assurance:

- Lead statutory audit and assurance engagements of varying size and complexity.

- Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously.

- Plan and coordinate audit fieldwork, staffing, logistics, audit programs, and timelines.

- Review audit documentation, working papers, financial statements, and disclosures.

- Ensure timely completion of audits and engagement closure.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise audit teams.

- Delegate work, review deliverables, and provide performance feedback.

- Support on-the-job training and capability development.

Stakeholder Management:

- Interface with senior client stakeholders.

- Present audit findings and recommendations.

- Conduct closing meetings and discuss observations with management.

- Coordinate with principals and engagement leaders on key audit matters.

Governance, Risk & Compliance:

- Drive audits related to Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

- Evaluate internal controls, SOPs, enterprise risk management frameworks, and compliance processes.

- Review internal audit findings and recommend process improvements.

Business Development:

- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients.

- Support new business development initiatives.

- Build long-term client relationships.

Mandatory Skills:

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IND AS and IFRS.

- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards.

- Knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and Commercial Laws.

- Experience in Statutory Audits and Tax Audits for Corporate Clients.
