Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Identify, approach, and engage potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings)

- Understand customer needs and offer relevant products or services that provide business solutions

- Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline in CRM systems

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaigns and generate new leads

- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions

- Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback for management

Skillsets Required

- Proven sales experience (2-4 years), preferably in B2B or B2C sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand customer requirements and position solutions effectively

- Result-oriented with a strong target-driven mindset

- Good negotiation and closing skills

- Sound understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer engagement

- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales pipelines simultaneously

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office

- Basic understanding of financial products/services (if applicable)

- Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined in meeting deadlines

- Problem-solving attitude with an ability to handle customer objections

Educational Qualification

Master's/Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
