Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive business growth.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, expanding the customer base, achieving revenue targets, and building long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on promotional campaigns and product launches

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable business deals

- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

- Monitor the performance of the sales team through KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary

- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and improve productivity

Skillsets Required

- Proven experience (4-7 years) in sales management, preferably in financial services

- Strong business development and client acquisition skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions

- Leadership skills with experience managing a sales team

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications

- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement practical solutions

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field

- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related specialization is a plus
