Rrayze Business Solutions - General Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Finance and Accounts to lead and oversee the finance operations across multiple client portfolios. The ideal candidate should bring deep expertise in financial compliance, taxation, audit, and regulatory filings, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to streamline processes and standardize practices. This is a leadership role that requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end client finance operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

- Lead and manage reconciliation activities, including GST and book reconciliations.

- Ensure accurate and timely GST compliance:

- Filing of GSTR-3B and GSTR-1

- Monthly reconciliation with GSTR-2A and GSTR-2B

- Integration of GST data with accounting books

- Supervise Direct Tax operations, including:

- TDS return filings, income tax returns (corporate & individuals)

- Advance tax computations and payments

- Trust filings (12A, 80G), and Transfer Pricing compliance

- Provide strategic oversight on Bookkeeping:

- Review and maintain financial records in Tally ERP / Busy

- Oversee preparation of financial statements and budgeted financials

- Lead coordination and review of statutory, tax, and internal audits

- Manage all MCA-related filings and compliances:

- Company and LLP registration

- XBRL and other corporate filings

- Monitor and ensure compliance for PF and ESI

- Oversee other compliance functions:

- Fixed asset and inventory verifications

- MIS reporting

- Import-export documentation

- Trademark registration process

- Manage and mentor a team of 15 finance professionals

- Act as the key point of contact for client relationship management

- Drive process improvement initiatives through creation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Skills & Tools Required:

- Strong command over Tally ERP and Busy Accounting Software

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate laws, and compliance frameworks.
