Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Schedule and lead regular meetings to review their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation: Drive new client acquisition and generate revenue by selling a variety of financial products, including Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Insurance.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our business across all channels.
- Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all financial products to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to address any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Relations Manager, Relationship Manager, or in a similar B2B sales role.
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer-oriented attitude with the ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
