About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Learning Partner for India to champion our learning and development initiatives across the region.

This senior role will be instrumental in aligning learning strategies with business objectives, identifying critical skill gaps, and designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that drive individual and organizational performance.

You will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, acting as a true partner in developing our talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic L&D Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners across India to understand business strategies, identify current and future capability needs, and translate them into actionable learning priorities.

- Program Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and curation of innovative learning programs and interventions, utilizing a blended learning approach (e., e-learning, workshops, coaching, experiential learning).

- Learning Delivery & Facilitation: Oversee and, where appropriate, directly facilitate high-quality learning experiences, ensuring engagement and effective knowledge transfer.

- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage external learning partners and vendors to bring in specialized expertise and cutting-edge solutions.

- Impact Measurement & ROI: Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives, demonstrating a clear return on investment to the business.

- Technology & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends in learning technology and methodologies, integrating innovative solutions to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility.

- Budget Management: Manage the learning and development budget for the India region effectively.

- Team Leadership (Potential): Potentially lead and mentor a small team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field from a reputable institution is essential.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior L&D role, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.

- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful learning programs that drive business results.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various learning methodologies.

- Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs.
