Job Title: Investment Product Coordinator.
Location: Head Office (with travel to company branches across locations).
Department: Investment / Business Development.
Job Summary:
- The Investment Product Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the Head Office and various branch offices to ensure smooth execution, promotion, and growth of investment products.
- The role involves visits to branches, supporting the sales and operations teams, monitoring business performance, and driving business growth targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Head Office and Branch teams for investment product strategies, updates, and execution plans.
- Visit branches across different locations to review investment product performance, train branch staff, and strengthen business processes.
- Identify opportunities to increase investment product sales and assist branches in achieving business growth targets.
- Track business performance, analyze sales data, and share insights with management for strategic decisions.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities at branch levels.
- Provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients to enhance service and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of investment and financial products (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, bonds, etc.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across branches.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in investment coordination, business development, or financial product management (preferably in BFSI or investment sector).
- Experience in branch coordination and business growth activities will be an added advantage.
