RR Finance - Fixed Income/Bond Dealer

Job description

RRFCL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fixed Income/Bond Dealer to join our team in Central Delhi.

In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and selling fixed income securities, such as bonds and NCDs, through B2B and B2C channels.

You will also be responsible for interacting with market participants to get the best quotes for debt instruments, executing trades on NSE/BSE/ICCL/NSCCL, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades.

Responsibilities

- Market and sell fixed income securities (bonds/NCDs etc.) via B2B and B2C channels

- Continuously interact with market participants (counterparties/brokers) to get the best quotes for debt instruments

- Have hands-on experience of deal execution on NSE/BSE/ICCL/NSCCL

- Execute trades and coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations) to ensure smooth execution and settlement of trades

- Achieve assigned sales targets

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial markets

- Strong understanding of fixed income products, including bonds, NCDs, and other debt instruments

- Clear understanding of clean and dirty price, accrued interest treatment, YTM, and YTC

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Target-oriented and results-driven
