Job Title: Senior Finance Associate Retirement Services (401K Defined Contribution)

Location: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM)

Experience: 2 - 8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

The Senior Finance Associate will be part of the Retirement Services team, responsible for managing end-to-end 401K defined contribution processes.

The role requires strong domain knowledge in US retirement plans, operational accuracy, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end processing of 401K defined contribution transactions

- Handle pension and retirement account operations including claims, distributions, and reconciliations

- Review, validate, and process participant requests in line with plan rules and SLAs

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with US retirement regulations and internal policies

- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business partners across regions

- Maintain and update process documentation and operational records

- Support audits, quality checks, and process reviews

- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Accuracy and timeliness of 401K transaction processing

- Compliance with defined contribution and pension regulations

- Reduction in processing errors and rework

- Adherence to SLAs and turnaround time commitments

- Quality audit scores and control effectiveness

- Stakeholder satisfaction and communication effectiveness

- Process efficiency and productivity improvements

Required Skill Sets:

- Strong knowledge of 401K, defined contribution plans, and US retirement accounts

- Experience in pension claims processing and retirement account reconciliation

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and high level of process accuracy

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work US shifts and extend hours as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

- 2 - 8 years of relevant experience in 401K, defined contribution, or retirement services operations
