About the job:

What youll do in the role:

- Conduct comprehensive and accurate research to create deliverables to internal clients.

- Create company profiles, comparable and precedent transaction analyses, financial benchmarking, company and industry analysis reports, newsletters, earning summaries and providing research support.

- Company Analysis - Analyzing specific company business operations, financial operations and operational KPIs.

- Industry Analysis - Researching on industry and market overview.

- Preparing newsletters on specific companies / industries.

- Possess a thorough understanding of advanced modeling principles and construct or maintain financial models.

- Conduct systematic data analysis and translate complex information into clear, accessible formats to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation in business research and analytics to optimize research and analytics products.

- Provide training to junior analysts, review work for accuracy, and collaborate with the team to oversee deliverables.

What youll bring to the role:

- Relevant experience in multi-sector information research and relatable experience in Investment Banking (preferred) or financial services.

- Experience with databases such as S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.

- Strong business/Finance/accounting acumen, understanding of financial modeling, ratios etc.

- Project Management with outstanding time management and organizational skills.

- Experience in training, quality checking and guiding juniors in the team.

- Client-focused with ability to anticipate needs, address clients expectations, effectively manage priorities and cooperate to achieve objectives.

- Excellent communication skills, able to synthesize large volumes of information and clearly articulate complex ideas.

- Technical know-how in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

- MBA or a masters degree in finance with experience of building and delivering analytical products for Investment Banking and financial services firm

Experience: 6-10 years

Working hours: 1 pm to 10 pm

Stand out if you have:

- Experience of VBA, UiPATH or other automation tools.

- Experience of AI prompting or use of GenAI tools in a business environment.
