To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a self-starter and hustler who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and get into execution. We need someone who can take ownership of this function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey. The ideal candidate should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission. Our objectives are to build the largest global D2C brand out of India, positively impact the lives of people dealing with chronic conditions or on a wellness journey and do so with holistic natural solutions using clinically proven ingredients from Ayurveda, as well as Chinese and herbal sources. We have stable funding backed by one of India's largest business houses with a $7Bn asset base and an unrivaled track record of profitable growth. Drive and execute digital marketing campaigns for New user acquisition, return on Ad spends. 2. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. 3. Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels. 4. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. 5. Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 6. Good Experience with Tracking and Analytics tools and setups. 7. Tracking and monitoring performance for digital content projects, utilizing web analytics to improve business performance. 8. Managing digital marketing channels across Meta, Google, PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media. 9. Ensuring that the website delivers a great customer experience; ensuring content is engaging. 10. Liaising with the inventory and purchasing teams for newly available stock to advertise Working with brand teams to digitally propagate brand creatives in the best manner to achieve results. 11. It's a challenging B2C, Tech-driven e-commerce business and we have outshined competitors in the industry to go on an expansion phase. 12. Major involvement in Facebook & Google Conversion campaigns for driving sales on our website. The knack for optimizing CTRs, Conversion rates, CPA, and ability to scale up revenues from multiple SKUs by targeting it to relevant audience demographics. 13. Optimizing for adequate impression share, click share, and high monetization SKUs sales. Using lookalike & custom audiences for retargeting and higher conversion rates. 14. Sound knowledge of Facebook & Google's E-commerce advertising policies, retargeting capabilities especially for wellness and Illness products (medicines). Should be a strategic planner & executor who understands Facebook & Google's barring policies on breaching Fb community advertising rules, circumvention, and inappropriate communication. 15. Execute campaigns, Ad sets, and Ads and improvise related metrics CTR, conversions, Relevance Score, and overall Facebook & Google Ads Roi. 16. Aware of Facebook & Google's latest set of best practices & guidelines announced by Facebook & Google for better ad results. Should be a smart thinker who knows what and how to play with for better results within the realm of FB's acceptable optimizations. 17. Growth hacking, Ads engagement improved, driving user actionable and lead capturing, Ads Planning, and BIG NO TO FIREFIGHTING. We need smart planners, not firefighters. Good help is always available! Educational Qualification, Work experience & Key Competencies - Engineering/MBA or equivalent from Tier 1/2 institutes - 3-5 yrs of experience in Nutraceuticals/Beauty / Consumer Goods / E-Commerce Industry - Prior start-up work experience is preferred. - Performance marketing experience is mandatory with campaigns being managed in-house. - Experimentation mindset with strong hold on data to back your decisions. - Knowledge of Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content and Creative Strategy, Search Engine Marketing (PPC), E-commerce funnels and website optimization. - Running multiple campaigns at scale and ensuring real-time optimization of all digital efforts to make the most of the budgets. - Experience in handling large budgets (Min 1-2Cr/month preferable). - Knowledge of various ad platforms, best practices, and website analytics. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Must have worked autonomously and possess strong ownership mindset.
