1. Develop and implement strategies in consultation with Sales Head to accelerate business growth in line with agreed plans/Targets thus Increase market share by developing new customers. 2. Visit SS/Distributors regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and Maintain relationships for long term business prospects 3. Weekly and monthly business report to be collated and submitted to NSH 7. Analyze sales and stock availability in each region / territory and monitor secondary sales on regular basis. Motivate, direct and manage new distributor sales team to ensure adequate coverage, improved distribution depth and good visibility. 8. Address customer complaints and fulfilling requirements/ensure solution within time
