Role Overview: As the Vice President of Strategy, you will play a crucial role in shaping Rozana's strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring that our business model remains responsive to the dynamic needs of rural markets. You will lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, market expansion plans, and partnership strategies. Your insights and leadership will be instrumental in guiding Rozana through its next phase of growth and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning process, developing long-term goals and actionable strategies to achieve Rozana's mission of expanding e-commerce access in rural India. - Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, developing strategies for market entry and expansion that leverage Rozana's strengths to serve more rural communities. - Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with government entities, NGOs, and private sector players to enhance Rozana's reach and impact in rural areas.
