Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and process-driven Lead - O2C Controller to manage and streamline the Order-to-Cash operations across our retail network. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail or distributed cash management, be analytical, and possess strong internal controls understanding.

This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of cash flows, managing receivables, monitoring store-level compliance, and building scalable processes as we grow across rural India.

The role will report to the Finance Controller and work closely with Ops, Accounts, and Store teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. O2C Process Management

- Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations including cash collections, receivables, and reconciliation

- Monitor retail network cash handling across stores, last-mile points, and logistics hubs

- Ensure proper accounting, bank deposits, and system entries are completed in a timely and accurate manner

2. Cash Control & Compliance

- Design and enforce SOPs for cash management across cities and partner locations

- Conduct surprise audits and establish checks to detect pilferage, delays, or procedural lapses

- Work closely with store and field teams to ensure compliance with Rozana's financial control policies

3. Reconciliation & Reporting

- Reconcile daily sales with collections and deposits (POS, UPI, cash, etc.)

- Manage dashboards and trackers for outstanding collections and float movement

- Work with the accounts team for timely ledger closure and MIS reports

4. Tech & System Integration

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve cash tracking and O2C workflow automation

- Implement barcode-based or app-based solutions for real-time validation of cash handovers and receivables

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Business Heads to drive accountability across zones

- Participate in monthly reviews with actionable insights, risk flags, and recovery recommendations

What We're Looking For

- 4-6 years of experience in O2C operations, cash collections, retail finance, or store control

- Experience working with retail networks, D2C, QSR, or logistics companies preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with operational discipline

- Knowledge of reconciliation tools, audit mechanisms, and MIS reporting

- Proven experience in handling large volumes of cash transactions with integrity and process ownership

- Proficiency in Excel, Tally/ERP, and reporting tools

- Willingness to travel occasionally for audits and reviews
