Job Title: HR - Corporate

Base Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi (South Delhi)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Head - HR / Senior Manager - HR

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR - Corporate professional based out of Mohan Estate, New Delhi (South Delhi) who will manage both our Delhi and Lucknow regions. This is a travel-based role, requiring frequent visits between corporate and regional offices to ensure smooth HR operations, alignment of policies, and consistent employee engagement across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both Delhi and Lucknow locations.

- Partner with department heads to meet manpower requirements in a timely manner.

- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new employees across regions.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Serve as the HR point of contact for employees in both locations.

- Conduct regular visits to Lucknow to address grievances, boost employee engagement, and maintain a positive work culture.

- Organize engagement activities and feedback sessions across offices.

3. HR Policies & Compliance

- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies across both regions.

- Monitor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with local teams.

- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS for both Delhi and Lucknow employees.

4. Performance Management

- Drive appraisal cycles and KPI monitoring across locations.

- Coordinate with managers in both regions for performance reviews and development planning.

5. Compensation & Benefits

- Process payroll inputs for corporate and regional employees.

- Monitor attendance and leave management for both locations.

6. HR Strategy & Regional Coordination

- Align HR strategies with overall business goals for both regions.

- Travel frequently to ensure standardization of HR practices across locations.

Requirements:

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Experience: 8-12 years of corporate HR experience, preferably in multi-location management.

Skills:

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.

- Ability to travel frequently between Delhi and Lucknow.
