Role Purpose:

Lead the Modular Kitchen business vertical end-to-end - driving sales strategy, design excellence, category P&L, and operational execution to establish Royaloak as a leading modular kitchen brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L and business strategy for the Modular Kitchen category, driving revenue and profitability

- Lead design, product development, and vendor sourcing for kitchen modules, finishes, and components

- Build and lead a team of designers, sales consultants, and project execution staff across locations

- Drive sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans for modular kitchen offerings

- Oversee end-to-end project execution - from design consultation to installation and customer handover

- Establish and monitor quality standards, SOPs, and vendor compliance across the kitchen supply chain

- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and showroom/studio experience

- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve product and service offerings

- Manage key vendor and manufacturing partnerships for kitchen fittings, appliances, and modular systems

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience:

10 - 15 years of experience in modular kitchen, furniture, or interior design industry, with proven experience leading a business unit, design team, or category P&L.
