Job Description:


Key Responsibilities


- Lead institutional & project-based B2B furniture sales across India

- Drive turnkey furniture & interior projects, from acquisition to delivery

- Manage key accounts and large-value deal negotiations

- Build and expand dealer / channel partner networks

- Own budgeting, forecasting, and revenue targets

- Handle Government & PSU projects, including tenders, GeM portal, and compliance

- Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and PMCs

- Ensure seamless cross-functional coordination for timely project execution

Must-Have (Critical Requirements)

- Established relationships with top 15 architects across each metro cities in India

- Active network with at least 10 Project Management Consultants (PMCs) from each metro cities

- Hands-on experience in Government / PSU projects

- Proven ability to break through new accounts and aggressively scale B2B business

- 10+ years of experience in B2B furniture / interiors / institutional projects

Ideal Profile:

- Strong commercial acumen with execution mindset

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in furniture, interiors, office, or institutional project businesses
