Organization: Royaloak - India's Leading Furniture Retail Brand

Role Purpose:
Lead Royaloak's B2B business by driving revenue growth through corporate, institutional, project, government and channel sales while building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the B2B sales strategy from the ground up to establish a new revenue vertical for Royaloak.
- Develop the business across Corporate, Government, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate and Institutional segments, starting from scratch.
- Identify, acquire and manage key accounts including Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, PMCs, Corporates and Channel Partners.
- Set up project sales processes, lead contract negotiations and establish tender/GeM business from the ground up.
- Build, hire and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team as business scales.
- Establish workflows with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and build Royaloak's market presence in the B2B space.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred.
Experience:
12 - 18 years of B2B/Project Sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in Furniture, Interiors, Building Materials, Home Improvement, or Retail is preferred. Experience in GeM and Government Tendering is an added advantage.
