IT Head Corporate Office (Hotel Industry)

Position: IT Head Corporate Office

Experience: 15 - 20 years (minimum 5 years in a leadership role)

Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Industry

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (MBA/MCA or relevant certifications preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IT operations across corporate office and hotel properties.

- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cybersecurity.

- Manage hotel systems such as PMS, POS, ERP, CRS, and other hospitality applications.

- Lead IT projects, hotel pre-openings, system upgrades, and digital initiatives.

- Handle IT procurement, vendor management, software licensing, and budgets.

- Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance.

- Provide technical support and ensure seamless business operations.

- Lead and mentor the IT team.
