About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting function, financial planning, budget forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position serves as the key liaison between the company and external financial institutions, auditors, and tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the companys accounting and finance functions

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements in compliance with US GAAP

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities

- Support financial planning and provide strategic insights for business growth

- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all relevant regulations

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities

- Monitor internal controls and improve financial processes and systems

- Prepare reports for senior management and provide financial guidance on key decisions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 4-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory compliance

- Proficiency with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent)

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
