Role Overview :


- The Partner Sales Manager - APAC will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding Royal Cyber strategic alliances with technology partners and regional ecosystems to drive joint revenue growth, co-sell motions, and pipeline acceleration across the APAC region.


- This role blends relationship management, strategic sales execution, and partner enablement to identify and convert high-value opportunities through joint go-to-market initiatives with our ecosystem partners.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Partnership Management - Manage and grow relationships with key partners such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Snowflake, and commercetools across the APAC region. Build executive-level alignment with partner alliance and sales teams to establish joint business plans. Coordinate partner account mapping, pipeline reviews, and forecast sessions.


2. Go-to-Market - Sales Enablement Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, events, and co-selling opportunities with partner AEs and regional marketing teams. Identify net-new partner-sourced and influenced opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to position Royal Cyber as a preferred System Integrator (SI) and solution partner.


3. Pipeline Generation - Revenue Growth Own quarterly and annual partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets for APAC. Utilize partner CRM tools, portals, and marketplaces (e.g., SAP Partner Portal, Salesforce AppExchange, AWS Partner Central) to manage leads and opportunities. Maintain accurate reporting of partner performance metrics and deal registrations.


4. Partner Programs Enablement - Ensure Royal Cyber s compliance with partner program requirements, certifications, and co-sell readiness. Drive internal enablement sessions on new partner offerings, incentives, and sales motions. Work closely with the marketing team on joint PR, webinars, and event sponsorships (e.g., SAP Sapphire, Dreamforce, Snowflake Summit, etc.).


5. Market Expansion Collaboration - Support regional business development across ANZ, SEA, and India markets. Collaborate with regional delivery heads to identify repeatable solutions, accelerators, and success stories to showcase to partners. Represent Royal Cyber at partner summits, roadshows, and customer engagement events.
