POSITION CLUSTER HEAD

Roswalt Realty manages project supervision and coordination in-house, appointing contractors on behalf of clients for execution. The expert team leverages advanced technology and modern software to implement cutting-edge architectural planning and design concepts.
Role Overview:
The Cluster Head will be responsible for overall business performance, sales leadership, and operational control of multiple real estate projects/sites within the Versova cluster. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong market knowledge, team management expertise, and the ability to drive revenue across sourcing, closing, and channel partner verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Revenue Leadership:
- Drive sales targets and revenue across multiple residential/luxury projects in the cluster
- Develop and execute cluster-level sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor project-wise performance, pipeline, and conversions
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead and mentor Sourcing Heads, Sourcing TLs, Closing Managers, Pre-Sales & Site Teams
- Ensure high productivity, discipline, and performance across all teams
- Conduct regular reviews, training alignment, and performance improvement plans
Channel Partner & Market Strategy:
- Strengthen and expand Channel Partner (CP) networks across Versova and adjoining micro-markets
- Ensure CP activation, engagement, and sustained business flow
- Maintain strong understanding of local market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
Operations & Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, CRM, Projects, and Management
- Ensure smooth site operations, customer experience, and process adherence
- Oversee site readiness, inventory movement, and launch strategies
Reporting & Compliance:
- Track KPIs, MIS, forecasts, and revenue projections for the cluster
- Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and reporting standards
- Provide strategic inputs to leadership for future launches and expansions
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership with multi-site handling experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of Mumbai real estate markets (Versova-focused)
- Proven ability to scale teams and deliver consistent results
- Professional personality with strong brand representation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Background in mid to luxury / ultra-luxury real estate projects
- Experience managing large sales teams across multiple sites
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
