Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior SEO Programmatic Lead to drive Rosotravel's organic growth. This is a hybrid role combining technical SEO, programmatic content at scale, and AI/LLM SEO adaptation. The candidate will design and implement SEO structures for thousands of pages, while staying ahead of trends in AI-driven search (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Bing Chat).

Key responsibilities:

- Build and manage a programmatic SEO system (templates, automation, AI-generated metadata & content)

- Oversee multi-language rollout (EN, PL, DE, FR, CN, etc.) with hreflangs and translations

- Optimize technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, indexing, structured data, canonicalization

- Implement FAQ schema, JSON-LD, and LLM-friendly structures

- Monitor traffic, conversions, and AI search visibility (SGE, Bing Chat mentions)

- Collaborate with developers to implement scalable SEO features

- Report on organic growth and SEO ROI

Requirements:

- 5+ years in SEO, with programmatic SEO experience (at least 1000+ page deployments)

- Experience in a high-volume e-commerce company, with at least hundreds of transactions per month

- English proficiency at minimum C1 level

- Strong understanding of AI/LLM search and Google's Helpful Content updates

- Technical SEO knowledge (Crawl budget, sitemaps, indexing management)

- Experience with multi-market SEO (USA, UK, Asia)

- Strong data-driven mindset; comfort with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush

- Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (CET/CEST), Monday to Friday

- Fast and stable internet connection, as well as reliable tools for remote work

KPIs for positions:

- Organic sessions growth (target: 300k/month by Dec 2026).

- Conversion rate from organic (- 1%).

- SEO ROI - 300%.

- AI search (SGE, Bing Chat, ChatGPT) brand mentions.
