Digital Marketing Specialist (4+ Years of Experience)

- We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

- This is a key role for a professional with a proven track record of 4+ years in digital marketing and a master's degree in business administration (MBA).

- The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual who can develop, execute, and optimize our digital marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Create and manage digital marketing budgets and track ROI.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e. , Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).

- Oversee organic search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization.

- Manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other reporting platforms.

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

- Use data to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals.

- Provide expertise and guidance on digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digcketing.

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.

Skills:

- Demonstrable expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and email marketing platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

- Creative problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred (but not required):

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.

- Experience in a specific industry (e. , B2B, SaaS, e-commerce).

- Experience managing a team or mentoring junior marketers
