Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst/Business Strategy Growth Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, data analysis, and strategic planning, with a proven ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

This role requires a professional with a minimum of two years of experience, preferably from a top-tier consulting firm like EY or KPMG.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Planning & Forecasting:

- Estimate costs associated with business operations, projects, and new initiatives.

- Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future business trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess financial performance.

- Provide strategic decision support by interpreting financial data and its implications for the business.

Business Strategy:

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improvement.

- Identify and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Procurement and Cost Optimization:

- Analyze existing procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings.

- Implement strategies to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.

Data Analysis:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions and drive desired business outcomes.

- Use data to create actionable insights and reports for management.

Project Management:

- Manage business-related projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within the defined budget and scope.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA from a reputed Grade A/B college or university (e., IIM, IIT, NIT).

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates from top consulting firms like EY or KPMG.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Proven experience in financial modeling.

Strong skills in forecasting and cost optimization.
