
About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our flagship B2B SaaS platform in the FinTech space.
Operating out of our innovation hub in Bangalore, you will be a CEO of your product line, driving P&L performance, market differentiation, and customer delight for a product that defines the future of enterprise finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for your product segment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- P&L and Metric Ownership: Directly own key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research, competitive tear-downs, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and significant opportunities for product-led growth.
- Feature Execution: Write clear, concise, and prioritized Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories, working closely with Engineering, Design (UX/UI), and Quality Assurance teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop compelling product positioning, launch plans, and sales enablement materials.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Leverage quantitative data (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL queries) and qualitative insights to measure feature adoption, run A/B tests, and inform rapid, continuous product iterations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM from a premier institute.
- Experience: 5-8 years of demonstrated success in a Product Management role, with a strong track record of launching and scaling B2B or complex enterprise-level products.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with technologies like AI/ML, cloud platforms, or Fintech infrastructure is a strong advantage.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate complex business problems into clear, executable product requirements with a strong emphasis on Return on Investment (ROI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Tools: Proficiency with product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ProductPlan) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
