Job Responsibility:

- Technical/IT Recruitment & Onboarding

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process and coordination with hiring managers and salary negotiations.

- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

- Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives.

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Conduct regular one-on-one discussions with employees to gather feedback and implement actions that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.

- HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

- Handle employee documentation including offer letters, confirmation, transfers and exit formalities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.

- Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance matters in a fair and transparent manner.

- Payroll Management

- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave records, and statutory deductions.

- Coordinate with the finance department for timely disbursement of salaries.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to payroll such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and Gratuity.

- Maintain payroll records and resolve employee payroll queries promptly.

- Performance Management

- Coordinate the performance appraisal process and assist in implementation of goal setting.

- Support managers and employees with feedback and performance-related queries.

- HR Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare and present HR reports such as attrition, recruitment status, and engagement insights.

- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within the HR function.
