Robokidz Eduventures - Senior Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead and manage the companys day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST, income tax laws, and be hands-on with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.

The role requires a proactive professional who ensures financial compliance, accuracy, and reporting efficiency.

Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) are welcome to apply.

Candidates without a CA qualification must have a minimum of 34 years of relevant accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations:

- Manage timely and accurate closure of books of accounts monthly and annually.

- Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and MIS dashboards.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

- Stay updated with relevant changes in tax laws and ensure company-wide compliance.

- Prepare and maintain detailed tax documentation to support assessments and audits.

Software & Reporting:

- Generate custom reports and perform financial analysis using advanced MS Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.

Internal Controls & Audit Coordination:

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government departments during audits.

Team & Interdepartmental Coordination:

- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations for reconciliations and expense validation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

- CA (Freshly qualified) B.Com / M.Com

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).

- Strong command over Microsoft Excel.

- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax rules and filings.

- Familiarity with Indian Accounting Standards and general ledger operations.
