Responsibilities:

1. Identify, engage, and acquire corporate clients, institutions, and large-scale enterprises for vending machine placements.

2. Develop and execute salesstrategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the assigned region.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, procurement heads, and HR/admin teams.

4. Proactively identify potential leads, conduct presentations, and successfully convert them into customers.

5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.

7. Work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth execution and postsale support.

8. Maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.

9. Drive brand awareness and promote Roasteas Vending Machine solutions through networking and industry events.

10. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of issues and efficient service support.

]Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in vending machine sales or B2B sales within corporate and institutional sectors.

- Prior experience in dealing with corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitals, co-working spaces, or large enterprises.

- Roastea is seeking an experienced and results-driven person to drive sales of our vending machines in corporate and institutional sectors.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling vending machines or similar automated solutions.

- This role requires strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.
