Role Overview:
The Vice President Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and strengthening the organizations market presence. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in sales management. The VP Sales will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, enhance brand value, and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute the companys sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing regional and national sales teams.
- Set and monitor annual and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue channels.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance evaluation.
- Drive improvements in sales operations, processes, incentives, and compliance.
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
- Oversee brand management, marketing initiatives, and competitor benchmarking.
- Create impactful integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and events.
- Strengthen the companys brand presence in local and international markets.
- Drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate with product, R&D, and operations teams on new product launches.
- Monitor ROI of all marketing activities and ensure effective budget utilization.
Business Growth & Revenue Expansion:
- Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and expansion opportunities.
- Analyze performance data, sales trends, and customer insights to drive growth.
- Implement strategies to improve revenue, profitability, and overall market share.
- Ensure strong alignment and collaboration between sales and marketing functions.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership teams on business planning and growth initiatives.
- Present quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Build a culture of performance, innovation, accountability, and customer centricity.
Skillsets Required:
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and revenue management.
- Proven leadership in managing large and diverse sales teams.
- Excellent understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in marketing principles, brand building, and GTM planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
