Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Support Manager / Project Manager to support ongoing projects and new potential customers, serving as a key liaison between internal teams and large enterprises.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving back-office operations, including RFP/RFI/SLA management, proposal development, customer relationship building, renewal management, external communication coordination, compliance oversight, and supporting the execution of organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing existing SLA and developing relationships with customers and create up sell opportunities from customers/partners.
- Effective communication between different internal business units and make personalized responses to the customer.
- Support internal team to identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, large enterprises, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with large enterprises for approvals, permissions, licensing, and documentation requirements.
ISO Documentation, and Implementation:
- Develop proposals, presentations, tenders, and business agreements and ISO renewal certifications.
- Track regulatory updates and ensure timely compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with partners and vendors.
- Lead contract negotiations covering pricing, terms, SLAs, and performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, compliance documents, and performance logs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies for procurement and vendor management.
- Assist in planning project schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
- Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities as required.
- Arrange and facilitate project review meetings, presentations, and status updates.
- Maintain project files, documentation logs, and compliance-related records.
- Monitor budget utilization, invoices, and cost tracking in coordination with finance.
- Ensure alignment with project standards, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Manage client communication and provide timely responses to queries and escalations.
- Support implementation of process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise liaisoning, or strategic partnerships.
- Industry experience in IT Software/SaaS/Telecom/Manufacturing/etc.
- Experience managing enterprise/B2B accounts.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel in Middle East for field visits, meetings, and customer interactions.
