Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Growth HR Manager to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team in driving HR strategies for Business Development, Strategy, and other business growth functions.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted HR business partner, aligning people initiatives with organizational goals to strengthen performance, foster leadership, and enable sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Business Partnering: Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive organizational change, and optimize structures for growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Define critical talent needs, design recruitment strategies, oversee senior-level hiring, and lead effective onboarding and workforce planning.
- Performance & Talent Management: Implement performance frameworks, coach leaders on reviews and feedback, and address performance gaps to strengthen capability.
- Learning & Succession Planning: Drive leadership development and succession priorities, build high-potential talent pipelines, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Provide market insights, align rewards with business needs, and recommend improvements to ensure fairness, equity, and competitiveness.
- Organizational Development & Change: Support CEO-led transformation initiatives, lead change management, and provide HR expertise during restructuring or expansions.
- Engagement & Retention: Enhance employee engagement, use feedback to improve workplace experience, and design retention strategies for top performers.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Track key HR metrics, analyze trends, and deliver data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions.
Skills & Qualification:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HRBP role partnering with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work directly with CXO-level executives and influence decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
