Westbury Sportswear, part of the multi-billion-dollar RK Group, is a digital-first e-commerce powerhouse for leading global sportswear & footwear brands. We're looking for a performance-driven marketer to lead paid media growth across top marketplaces.
What Youll Own:
- Paid campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa
- Daily optimization to improve ROAS, CAC & conversions
- Full-funnel performance + alignment with Operations & Merchandising
- Scaling new channels, GTM for launches, and A/B testing
- Cross-functional collaboration with BI, Ops, Creative & agencies
What Matters:
- 79 years hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong marketplace expertise
- Sharp analytics + BI dashboard comfort
- Ability to drive revenue growth with operational alignment
