Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Manager.

Location: Bangalore (Onsite).

Reporting To: CFO.

Role Type: Full-Time.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BI Manager to lead our analytics and reporting function.

This role partners closely with the CFO, Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights for business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will own company-wide MIS reporting, build advanced dashboards, drive data governance, and create a unified analytics framework across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

BI & Reporting Leadership (CFO-Aligned):

- Own and manage all enterprise-level dashboards, reports, and MIS under the Finance function.

- Build automated dashboards covering Sales, Margins, Inventory, Supply Chain, Cash Flow, and Marketing performance.

- Support the CFO with financial analytics, budgeting, forecasting models, and cost analysis.

Data Infrastructure & Governance:

- Build and maintain the companys data warehouse and key data sources.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used by Finance and Business teams.

- Implement data governance standards and best practices across the organization.

Cross-Functional Analytics:

- Partner with Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing to understand business requirements and develop relevant reports.

- Provide deep-dive analytics on product performance, sell-through, profitability, ageing inventory, delays, and returns.

- Develop a unified KPI framework for all core business functions.

Business Insights for Leadership:

- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities across sales, inventory, operations, and customer behavior.

- Present weekly and monthly business insights to the CFO and CEO.

- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, new product launches, and efficiency improvement projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

- MBA in Finance preferred.

- Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Data Engineering, or Financial Analytics are a strong plus.

Experience & Skills:

- 5-10 years of experience in BI, Analytics, Data Science, or FP&A-focused analytics roles.

- Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline development and data warehousing.

- Excellent communication skills with strong capability to present insights to CXO-level stakeholders.

- Prior experience in Retail, Footwear, FMCG, E-commerce, or D2C industries is preferred.
