Associate Product Manager What will you do? While RIVIGO by Mahindra Logistics has found a strong product/market fit with its disruptive idea, we believe it is still the first hour of our day 1 vision. We are looking for exceptionally smart, data-driven folks who love building exciting products. We call them Product CEOs - they take end to end accountability of executing our grand technology vision. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with a team of the country's best engineers, data scientists, designers and product managers, and sharp and data driven business stakeholders in a high energy, fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. This year, you would be solving data and intelligence problems that are focused on redefining complex operations via efficient technology systems. You will lead the product development lifecycle end to end, starting from understanding the problems at hand, empathizing with the user, to ensure the adoption post product launches. You clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences - internal and external - A Visionary: You complement product and design leadership with finding the right solution to the problems RIVIGO by Mahindra Logistics is trying to solve for tomorrow. You drive innovation and conceptualize new products from scratch - this might require challenging the status quo, going deep into data, understanding the user and thinking boldly Qualifications: - Master's degree from premier institutes / Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science) from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs) - 1-3 years of prior product experience - Experience with all stages of the product lifecycle - Deep intuition driven from user empathy, along with passion to back it up with data - Good understanding of consumer behaviour to drive product delivery from conceptualization to implementation - Having Data Analytics knowledge/ experience would be a plus - Proven experience in managing stakeholders well - Building and managing people
