Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and manage our operations in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving business performance, and fostering a high-performance culture across the region.

This is a leadership role that demands strategic thinking, process excellence, and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end regional operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvements.

- Manage compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.

- Recruit, train, and mentor regional teams to build capability and accountability.

- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and problem resolution.

- Prepare and present operational reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial services, NBFC, or banking.

- Proven track record of leading regional teams and achieving operational excellence.

- Strong knowledge of financial products, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
