Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee and manage our operations in Jaipur.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving business performance, and fostering a high-performance culture across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end regional operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.

-Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvements.

- Manage compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.

- Recruit, train, and mentor regional teams to build capability and accountability.

- Drive customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and problem resolution.

- Prepare and present operational reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial services, NBFC, or banking.

- Proven track record of leading regional teams and achieving operational excellence.

- Strong knowledge of financial products, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
