Role Description.

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Lead based in Jaipur.

- The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- The role also includes collaborating with department leaders to forecast hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and building a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection processes.

- Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including online platforms and networks.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to develop and implement effective employer branding strategies.

- Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Ability to analyze hiring metrics and use data to refine recruiting processes.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Background in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.

- Experience in a financial services or rural-focused organization is a plus.
