Responsibilites:

- Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maturing the end-to-end risk management framework for the company. This mandate covers all risk related aspects of application development, technology infrastructure, third-party financial player onboarding, and regulatory compliance.

- Platform Resilience: Design and enforce controls across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to mitigate risks of application failure, data loss, and human error.

- Cyber Oversight: Lead the risk assessment of the platform's security architecture, access controls, and incident response plan, ensuring alignment with global standards.

- Regulatory Mapping: Translate RBI, PMLA, KYC, and other digital lending/payment guidelines into actionable control requirements for the platform and product teams. AML/Fraud Prevention:

- Third-Party Risk (TPRM): Conduct rigorous risk due diligence on all prospective financial partners (NBFCs, Banks) and technology vendors, specifically reviewing their operational capabilities and data governance standards.

- Brand Protection: Monitor and manage risks related to customer complaints, transparency of financial product disclosures, and potential negative public/media sentiment arising from platform services or partner conduct.

- Disaster Recovery: Develop, maintain, and rigorously test the business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the core application platforms and critical infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption in service.

- Crisis Management: Lead the risk aspect of crisis simulation exercises, ensuring the organization can effectively manage and communicate during a significant technology or operational failure event.
